A message to all guests of the Chandelier Ballroom...
As we navigate our way through these difficult and confusing times, we are working on formulating a plan to eventually reopen our doors to weddings, business functions and other celebrations once again.
The comfort and safety of our guests and staff is extremely important to us. As we transition into our new way of doing business, we want everyone who enters our doors to feel confident that we are doing everything possible to provide a safe, social environment to those individuals who wish to attend an event at our facility. We know this is a delicate situation and we appreciate your understanding and support of these changes.
We will be implementing the following safety measures:
- We will be operating at 50% occupancy for both the Great Hall and the Fireside Room
- All common areas will be disinfected every 2 hours
- Front doors will be propped open if weather permits
- All staff members will be wearing masks and gloves
- Masks will be available for purchase for guests
- Tables will be spaced 6 feet apart
- Barstools will be spaced 6 feet apart
- Tables will be limited to 6 guests per table
- Buffet lines will be elongated to ensure social distancing and our staff will be serving guests so no one is touching utensils
- All silverware will be individually wrapped
- Hand sanitizer will be available for our guests in the front entryway and both bathrooms
- The entire facility will be disinfected and meticulously cleaned after every function
We hope that by offering these precautionary measures to our guests, it will allow them to make an informed decision as to whether or not they want to attend a function at the Chandelier Ballroom. Please understand that even though we are following the recommended guidelines, the risk of contracting COVID-19 is still present at a public gathering.
We will also be working with the organizers of each event individually and allowing them to make their own decision to proceed with their special event or postpone it to a future date, whichever they feel most comfortable with.
Please understand as this situation continues to change on a daily basis, we will be making adjustments to our safety measures as we see fit.
We cannot begin to express our extreme gratitude and appreciation to all of our customers who have patiently postponed their weddings, anniversaries, proms and other special celebrations. We hope, as each day goes by, the health of our state and our country, will continue to improve and brighter days filled with smiles, laughter and celebration are ahead.

Corporate Parties & Meetings
We are pleased to host numerous corporate holiday parties, business meetings, training sessions and other gatherings for corporations large and small. We also have the capability to deliver lunch or dinner to your business. Pudgies Food Truck & Catering allows us to cater our delicious food to local businesses any day of the year.
The Chandelier Ballroom is delighted to offer a discounted hall rental rate to all schools, social clubs, churches and non-profit organizations. We host a number of proms, charity dinner auctions and other fundraising events throughout the year and we are proud to give back to the community.

“We had a winter wedding and did a lot of decorating around the Ballroom. Michele was so awesome and let us come in to decorate the day before. She was so helpful with everything we needed. “I cannot even begin to express how amazing our wedding day was! Everything was perfect down to the last table setting… especially since I had miss counted and we needed and extra table!
Michele was fantastic throughout every single step of planning this wedding. Always there for my phone call or email, she for sure knows what she’s doing and does it VERY well.
Food was absolutely incredible! I’ve had so many compliments on the food and the variety that was available. From what I’ve heard, apparently the last thing people remember from a wedding is the food that is served. BUT you guys have TOTALLY proved that wrong!
There are two moments that still stick out very vividly for me.
1) after grabbing my food, an employee asked if I would like for them to take my plate to the head table so I could hold up my dress to get up the stairs. I was floored and felt SOOOO special.
2)Moments before the ceremony, Michele came on to our bus and asked if there was anything that I needed before the ceremony started. I said “Yes! Could you sweep the acorns off of the pavement.” I have VERY clumsy family members and I knew they would have slipped on ANYTHING!
I later found out from my husband, that not only were the acorns swept up before the ceremony, but that MICHELE HERSELF had swept them!
It may seem small, but the fact that this task was not delegated to someone else and Michele swept them up herself really showed me how committed she is to making SURE that her guests/customer needs are not only met, but far exceed expectations.
Michele – you and your staff are incredible! Don’t ever stop doing what you’re doing, and I’m SOOO HAPPY that we are able to support you during this COVID-19 time by ordering dinner on Friday nights!
